Roeland Fine Food and Wine, high standard catering, is located in the authentic town of Teulada (municipality of Teulada-Moraira) on the Costa Blanca with its beautiful bays and beaches.


My name is Roeland Huls, chef de cuisine and entrepreneur in high-quality catering. With a warm heart for the region, I prepare dishes with fresh fish from the Mediterranean, fruit and vegetables from as many local producers in Marina Alta as possible.

Roeland Fine Food and Wine is there for you if you want to dine or have lunch with a select group at your (own) location in this beautiful area. Hire me as a private chef in your own (holiday) home or if you manage a B&B, provide your guests with a perfectly organized culinary lunch or diner. Love for pure dishes, faire products from the regional producers and of course fresh fish from Lonja de Pescado in the harbour from Moraira or the local fish supplier in Teulada.

Fresh vegetables from the market in Teulada-Moraira or from faire farmers in the area and within time from our own soil.

Next to the typical cheeses from the regio we especially like to work with the fine and faire goat cheeses from Quesería San Antonio Callosa.

The region is known by its Monastrell vineyards in Jalon, Macabeo and Moscatell vineyards in Marina Alta. Next to this typical regional wines we work with several bodegas in Teulada, Jalon and Altea for the fine vinos tinto, rosado and blanco.
