Indian summer at Costa Blanca

What a great summer we have had. Not only in terms of the amount of sunshine and high temperatures (August was very hot), but also in terms of events and private dinners. With the air conditioners on high, more than 20 villas between Javea and Altea cooked for holidaymakers or homeowners. With Roeland in the kitchen, they enjoyed the Spanish sunset and our exquisita gastronomía carefree. And we are not done yet. September and October are full of activities, with two weddings and private dinners in beautiful locations, such as at our neighbours Montesanco Bodega.
